Part 1: Who Is At My School?
The student will be able to identify people at school and describe their roles.

1. The student will identify at least three people at school and describe their roles.
2. The student will describe one or more characteristics of three familiar people in their school.
3. The student will describe at least one similarity and one difference between a student and a teacher.  

Part 2: Being A Student
The student will be able to describe two or more student responsibilities or activities.

1. The student will identify at least two different ways people learn new things (listening, studying, watching, practicing)..
2. The student will describe two or more characteristics of his/her school (name, location, color, size)..
3. The student will name at least three school safety rules.  

Part 3: What We Do
The student will be able to communicate personal information, family routines, and/or solutions for problem solving within a family.

The student will be able to follow a series of one- or two-step directions to appropriately participate in school activities.

1. The student will read a simple, familiar, repetitive song.
2. The student will demonstrate an understanding of the difference between drawing and writing.
3. The student will count and/or sequence numbers one through ten.
