Stepping Out book and PDF CD-ROM presents a series of balanced
community outings - step by step. Unique collection of 23 community
cues are detailed in this book and printable from the PDF-format
file.
Stepping Out takes instruction out of the classroom and into the
community. Students learn a balanced blend of skills-from shopping
to banking to doing laundry-on planned outings. The instructor's
guide sets lesson plans for 30 community outings. Step-by-step
analysis plus 47 reproducible masters. Make your own student
resources, including wallet size cues. Users can catch a bus without
telling time, pay for a pair of shoes without math skills.

Community-Based Vocational Training book is a how-to manual that
helps you create and maintain job sites. By using our reproducible
forms, letters and assessments, you can spend more time with
students and potential employers.
Members of the Community book links community outings with three
levels of worksheets completed in the classroom.
Requires third grade reading level.
Personal Success and Community Success books illustrate hundreds of everyday
activities one step at a time. You can use the book intact to
present the complete activity or photocopy pages and cut out
specific steps for independent student use. The activities vary in
complexity and focus on appropriate social skills. Each book comes
to life with engaging multimedia software included below.
Community Success CD presents activities step by step and illustrate
appropriate social skills unique to that activity.
Personal Success CD targets 53 personal care activities - simple and
challenging. The teacher can arrange activities to reflect a
naturally occurring sequence, for example, washing hands, brushing
teeth, flossing and using mouthwash.
The Community Success and Personal Success CD-ROMs are touch screen,
single switch and IntelliKeys compatible.
