ReadText speaks digital files and web pages (dictionaries,
libraries online, and free online books) to you with the
clearest of voices, including web pages, Adobe Acrobat pdf files
(most government forms), and text in the following languages,
English (American (included) and optional UK, Spanish, German, and French).
It can magnify text to any size desired. For further enhanced
readability you can change the type face and color of the text
as well.
It can aid people with dyslexia, aphasia, and stroke victims
by simultaneously seeing and hearing magnified words.
ReadText becomes a
speech-generator for typed messages and reads back the message in the clearest of
voices. For those with physical impairments and can not use a
keyboard there are several switching devices that complement the
actions of ReadText.
