Seven Ways to Stop Your Arms Hurting

Sample of Personal Thank You's

I received the two EZ SEE keyboards yesterday (Thursday), plugged them in to my two PCs and they work perfectly.

I want to thank you for your patience and for making everything right in the end. It's easy to provide good service when all goes well, but the real proof of excellent service is when you go to the lengths necessary to satisfy your customers, in spite of difficulty with suppliers and vendors.

Will let you know if I encounter any problems with them. These keyboards are a real improvement over the original manufacturers type. My eyesight is not as good as it used to be, and my wife has the early stages of macular degeneration, and these really help.

Thanks again for your great service, and feel free to use me as a reference.

Aubrey's keyboard arrived this afternoon and she is happily typing away. Thank you for the extra help in selecting the right keyboard for her. I am sending your company information to everyone I know at the school system here. There are a lot of kids like Aubrey that just need a little help to access the world. You are doing a wonderful job and it is evident that you really care about the people that buy your products.
Thank You,

I received the trackball yesterday and it works beautifully -- the switch interface and the ball itself. I find the Kensington easier and less painful to move than trackballs marketed explicitly toward disabled people, ironically. And now I can actually click things. And more than just left and right, too. I'll say it again: what you do is important. It's nice to be given options and not be stuck with something cookie cutter that doesn't work as well. Thank you for your trouble, and I hope you have a good new year.
